Covid-19 Policies

We ask that you please arrive on time for your appointment.


You MUST have a pre-purchased package/class and be signed up for a class or session to enter the studio.


No guests or children are allowed to accompany you into the studio.


Masks must be worn upon entering the studio, checking in at the front desk, socializing in the waiting area or using the washroom.


Once you arrive at your reformer/mat you may decide to keep or remove your mask during your workout. The instructor will be wearing a mask. At the end of class you must replace your mask to exit the studio.


Please sanitize your hands upon entering the studio.


Reformer/mat spots are pre-booked online. Once you arrive please take all of your belongings with you to your spot. Cellphones must be on silent.


In order to remain contactless and to allow enough time for the next clients to enter the studio safely you MUST have a credit card on file to purchase all classes, packages and retail. No cash payments accepted at this time.


New clients must complete a waiver and intake form, as well as agree to our Terms + Conditions online via our website/app.


All packages have a 4 month expiry date and are non-refundable.


Cancellations can only be done online or through our app. All cancellations require 24 hours advance notice to prevent a late cancel fee. If a class is not cancelled within the 24 hour period you will lose the class but will not receive any additional charge.


We please ask you to cancel class and refrain from coming to the studio if you are not feeling well. This includes cough, sore throat, diarrhea, shortness of breath, aches and pains, fever.


If you have been traveling please refrain from coming to the studio for 14 days.


If you have been in contact with someone with COVID-19, please self-quarantine. Rescheduling of your classes can be done online.


If you have COVID-19, STAY HOME.

What we are doing to keep YOU safe during these new and challenging times:

We are using hospital grade cleaners on ALL surfaces. Clients are asked to clean machines, mats, and surrounding areas; however, our instructors will also be doing a thorough cleaning between classes/clients.


New, clean props will be placed at each station before class begins. We ask you to only use the props provided.


Equipment and mats are spaced 6ft apart to allow for adequate social distancing. Plexiglass dividers are installed between reformers on the main floor along with HEPA filters placed throughout the studio.


We are limiting the number of people in the studio at one time.


The bathroom is to be used for emergencies only.


Our instructors will be wearing masks during your entire experience at Grounded. While that might make your experience feel impersonal we will go above and beyond to make sure you feel welcome and a part of our growing community.
